Connecting Google Calendar, Drive, and other integrations

Veroxa works on its own, but you can connect it to the calendar and storage you already use.

All integrations are optional. You can revoke any of them at any time.

Google Calendar

Court dates added to Veroxa appear in your Google Calendar with the time, location, and a link back to the case.

Setup is one click from the Integrations tab. We only see events we wrote, nothing else on your calendar.

Google Drive

PDF and DOCX exports get saved to a Veroxa folder in your Drive automatically.

The folder is private to you. Veroxa cannot read or browse anything else in your Drive.

Clio (attorney users)

Read-only sync of Clio matters and contacts for attorneys managing cases in both systems. Currently in private beta.

Disconnecting

Effective immediately. Anything that was already synced stays where it is, disconnecting just stops new writes.

Common questions

Will Google notify the other parent about court dates? No. Calendar events are private to your account.

Can I sync to Apple Calendar / Outlook? Not natively yet. You can subscribe to your Google Calendar from Apple Calendar or Outlook to get the same effect.

If I disconnect Drive, do my exports get deleted? No. Existing files stay in your Drive folder.
